In Egypt, a growing population and migration to urban areas is fueling the construction of buildings. In the residential market, buildings for new cities are most in demand, and the government is accelerating plans for urban developments in desert and rural areas. More people and more investment are also driving demand for high-quality office accommodation, as well as retail and leisure facilities.

We are proud of our track record across the MENA region, where we have created major new landmarks and restorated existing ones. However, our construction work is not all high-end commercial, public, and institutional buildings. We have over 80 years of experience developing residential buildings and compounds, as well as office complexes, schools, and health centers.
