Logistics Coordinator

(Code-LOGCR)

-Follow up suppliers to ensure they are fulfilling their side of payment obligations.
-Coordinate between site and suppliers to ensure the receipt of materials for local purchase order.
-Update the Logistics Data base regularly to reflect the real situation of the materials.
-Follow and respect the Department’s policies, procedures and targets.
-Follow up with supplier to receive their cheques.
-Follow up LGs’ receive from supplier to start count the delivery.

Senior IT Network Engineer

-Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for enterprise environments.

Senior learning and Development Specialist

(Code-SRLDSP)

-Conduct the TNA meetings with the department heads and ODs to collect the training needs.
-Contact many providers to get the best proposal for each training course in specific topics and assist in identifying suitable courses curriculums and educational institutions in order to enhance employee effectiveness.
-Assist in preparing annual training plan based on the approved TNA and budget.
-Coordinate training logistics including sending training invitation, preparing catering and booking the training room “either development center or any meeting room in the subsidiaries).
-Receive the training invoices from the providers, review them with the agreed contract and send them to the Finance department in HAH.
-Follow up with the subsidiaries the payment status of the invoices.
-Updating training calendar according to approved trainings to ensure timely communication of training programs and avoid overlapping of trainings.
-Follow up the evaluation of the trainings with the participants and submit analysis feedback report to the management after finishing the course.
-Update training log periodically to include “employee name, titles, department, location, training name, provider name, training hours, course fees and location ... etc.)
-Prepare monthly /quarterly and annual status reports to be presented to the management.
-Participate in the assessment centers.
-Prepare on boarding monthly plan in a timely manner.
-Prepare summer training plan and follow up its implementation.
-Responsible for HAH LMS and LinkedIn platform
