NEOM, Saudi Arabia's flagship project embodying the vision of economic diversification and sustainable development outlined in Vision 2030, has entrusted Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, with the construction works for expanding one of its current communities.

Our scope of work includes the design, procurement, and construction of various facilities, such as parking, warehouses, utilities, and a wastewater treatment plant, covering a build-up area of 160,000 m2.
