<p style="font-weight: 400;">Hassan Allam Energy and Infinity Power are developing a large-scale solar PV project in West Minya, Egypt. The project will include a 1,000 MWac solar photovoltaic plant alongside a 600 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which will support energy shifting and enhance grid stability as part of Egypt’s renewable energy expansion plans.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">The project forms part of the sponsors’ wider PV and BESS development program in Egypt and is expected to contribute significantly to the country’s clean energy targets by delivering dispatchable renewable power to the Egyptian grid.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Environmental and social assessment activities for the project are being progressed in accordance with applicable Egyptian requirements and international lender standards.
