Medical Wellness Resort

Kortech, in joint venture with Sharqawi Company Electromechanical Contractor, has been awarded the mechanical and electrical (MEP) works for the Medical Wellness Resort located in AMAALA Triple Bay, Saudi Arabia.

This project involves the complete MEP scope for a 75-key hotel, 13 branded residences, and villas, encompassing a total built-up area of 175,000 square meters. The work includes HVAC, electrical, and light current systems, as well as fire fighting and fire alarm systems, demonstrating our commitment to excellence in every detail.
