Mivida Gardens

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction, has been awarded the construction works for Mivida Gardens, located in East Cairo, Egypt, for our longstanding partner Emaar Misr.

Our scope of work includes the construction, MEP, and finishing works of 16 residential buildings across parcels two parcels, in addition to the infrastructure and landscape works, with a total built-up area of 82,000 m².
