Kortech to Deliver MEP Works for Major Entertainment Destination in Al Khobar

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Kortech, has been awarded the execution, testing, and commissioning of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for Al Khobar Entertainment Complex in Saudi Arabia.

Developed by Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN, the project is a major entertainment destination in the Eastern Province. Kortech’s scope spans the entertainment complex, underground car park, cinema, family entertainment center, aquarium, black box, observation wheel, external works, and several specialized attractions.

The comprehensive scope includes HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, power and lighting systems, building management system interfaces, and coordination with security, ICT, audiovisual, and attraction systems.
