Hassan Allam Holding’s CORE Engineering Completes Specialized Roof Insulation Works for KAUST Coral Nursery

CORE Engineering Specialized Works, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, has successfully completed the roof insulation works at the KAUST Primary Coral Nursery in Saudi Arabia, a project developed for King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Covering a total area of 13,850 m², CORE’s scope included the execution of a specialized roof insulation system comprising polyethylene film vapor barriers, Rockwool insulation panels, and PVC waterproofing sheets.

Bringing together the Group’s construction and specialized engineering capabilities, the project contributes to the KAUST Coral Restoration Initiative (KCRI), with Hassan Allam Construction Saudi executing the turnkey construction of the nursery facility, associated infrastructure, boat jetty, marina, and integration of the specialized Life Support System (LSS).

Through its expertise in advanced insulation and waterproofing solutions, CORE continues to strengthen its presence across major projects in the region, providing specialized solutions that enhance infrastructure performance and longevity.
