Hassan Allam Construction, in joint venture with The Arab Contractors, is delivering the design, implementation, and rehabilitation of the Alexandria Raml Tram, with an integrated scope covering engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), and Hitachi Rail as the systems and technology provider.

Backed by international financing from Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and the European Investment Bank (EIB), alongside support from the European Union, the project brings together strong local capabilities and international expertise to advance Alexandria’s urban mobility infrastructure.
