Hassan Allam Construction and MetiPro Awarded Wastewater Treatment Project at Ras El Hekma

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiaries, Hassan Allam Construction, in joint venture with MetiPro, have been awarded the design and construction of a Sewage Treatment Plant at Ras El Hekma by Modon Ras El Hekma Egypt for Urban Planning and Development.

With a treatment capacity of 32,000 m³/day, the plant will provide the critical wastewater infrastructure needed to support the destination’s ongoing growth while promoting efficient and sustainable water management.

The plant utilizes a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) process followed by disc filters, delivering a modular and scalable wastewater treatment solution that can seamlessly accommodate phased population growth. The advanced treatment process also produces high-quality treated effluent for sustainable reuse in landscape irrigation and district cooling across the development.

Through strategic infrastructure investments and in partnership with Modon, Hassan Allam Holding continues to deliver the essential foundations that enable resilient, world-class developments and contribute to Egypt’s sustainable future.
