The Bab Misr Mixed-Use Complex Project

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary Hassan Allam Construction has been awarded the turnkey construction works for the Bab Misr Mixed-Use Complex Project located in the Mohandseen area for the Egyptian Ministry of Transportation.

Our scope encompasses 17 buildings, spanning residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and garage spaces, which will unfold across an expansive 100,000 m² built-up area.

This project is part of the overall development plan for the area surrounding the Upper Egypt Railway Station, which is set to become Egypt’s largest railway station ever built. This station will alleviate congestion by catering to southbound commuters, in contrast to Ramses Station serving northbound commuters. Additionally, it links Cairo Metro’s third line, monorail, and BRT system.
