Our scope of work encompasses the construction of 51 ultra-luxury villas and one signature pavilion, delivered through fully integrated civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape works, with a total built-up area of 66,600 m² – crafted to the highest standards of design, detail, and execution.
