As part of Egypt’s national digital transformation agenda, Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that it has signed a cooperation protocol with Housing & Building National Research Center ( HBRC ) to advance the digital management of assets and facilities.

This strategic collaboration leverages Building Information Modeling (BIM), Digital Twin, and Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance the full lifecycle of buildings and national assets, from design and construction to operation and maintenance, supporting Egypt Vision 2030 and the development of smart, sustainable cities.

Building on Hassan Allam Holding’s extensive experience in delivering and operating large-scale projects, the partnership aims to establish a national digital ecosystem for asset management, enhancing operational efficiency, governance, transparency, and sustainability, while positioning Egypt as a regional leader in smart city solutions.
