Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that its subsidiary Hassan Allam Construction has commenced construction of the East Cairo Logistics Park (ECLP).

Built over an area of c. 270,000 m2 at one of Cairo’s most strategic locations, located 20 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from downtown Cairo, ECLP will provide state-of-the-art, Grade-A warehousing facilities to the Egyptian market in line with international standards.

Once completed in 2023, the park will enable local and global institutions, allowing sophisticated logistics operations to meet the most demanding business needs.

ECLP is also the first of Hassan Allam Utilities’, the investment and development arm of Hassan Allam Holding, investments in the logistics sector.

Based on solid economic fundamentals and increasing demand in various sectors, including e-commerce, F&B, and pharmaceuticals, Egypt’s logistics sector is bound to grow. Hassan Allam Utilities is making steady strides, investing in logistics to unlock and enable the sector’s growth potential.
