    Job requirements:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining scheduling standards and procedures for some projects up to 5 projects.
  • Assist site team Planning Section head and Planning Manager in preforming the base line schedule and the assigned the project resources in details for newly awarded projects including consistency of schedule, and matching company’s dictionaries.
  • Assist Site team in preparation of Planning packages and enhancing the schedule before submission.
  • Prepare Bi-weekly reports and Monthly reports presentations for projects.
  • Supervise the project progress to verify that the updated schedule complies with the approved base line schedule and highlight critical issues and provide analysis to management staff.
  • Review weekly, and monthly progress reports about the projects and provide input to Planning Section head and Planning Manager.
  • Take site team responsibilities as assigned by Planning managers to cover site fall down.
  • Review close out report in coordination with the project team to be a reference for the company for the newly awarded projects.
  • Propose remedy plan to complete the project schedule to ensure that critical issues and assumptions are covered.
  • Review baselines, updates, and all XER files are as per planning standards.
  • Prepare Monthly Planning Presentations and reports as assigned to him.
  • Assist in preparation of extension of time claims, recovery and revised schedules.

BIM Section Head

(Code-BIMSH)

As the BIM Section Head, the primary objective is to spearhead the strategic implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices, ensuring the successful integration of BIM processes across projects. Playing a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing project delivery, and enhancing collaboration among multidisciplinary teams through the use of cutting-edge BIM technologies.

    Job requirements:

  • Ensure Close liaison with the Project Management team and act as point of contact with reference to BIM scope management
  • Ensure proper BIM scope delivery through monitoring project progress and teams performance to deliver the project on time while maintaining the cost and quality parameters to meet Appointing Party's objectives and requirements.
  • Prepare the project BEP in line with the organization's standard and ensure collaborative inputs from different stakeholders are well coordinated and embedded.
  • Provide Quality Assurance dealing with the Implementation and Administration of Building Information Management (BIM) systems and solutions per project and maintain close collaboration with the Disciplines BIM Leads
  • Implement the internal Responsibility matrix within each project and ensure proper adherence and maintenance by the wider project team.
  • Support best practices implementation dealing with BIM environment Setup, Quality Assurance, BIM authoring and production, Virtual Design Coordination, BIM quality review, information management, 4D/5D/6D/7D support, etc.
  • Configuration, Maintenance and Administration of the project CDE (Common Data Environment) to enable the effective management, tracking, and monitoring of deliverables.
  • Ensure the implementation of open BIM standards such as (IFC or building SMART), and international standards such as (BS EN ISO 19650 or PAS1192 series).
  • Manage the Project supply chain to deliver high quality information, data and models to the Appointing Party and ensure that the delivery of information within the supply chain is in compliance with the contract requirements
  • Coordinate BIM issues with supply chain to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining Models and deliverables.
  • Reporting to the Project Management team, Business Unit BIM Lead and Appointing Party representative in a structured manner. Minimum content to include but not limited to: BIM Issue Tracker, Audit Reports from BIM for Clash Detection in-progress and completed including results Status of Model Development according to trade.
