This acquisition gives Hassan Allam Holding a huge foot print into the regional engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) market where the combination of Hassan Allam Construction (HAH’s construction subsidiary) and PGESCo offers clients a one-stop-shop solution to any energy or utility project. With over 45,000 Mega Watts of power plants designed and built under PGESCo’s umbrella, and Hassan Allam Construction’s vast construction capacity and expertise, the combination of these two leading entities will bring to the market a leading EPC solution provider with regional and international growth plans and expertise.
