Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that our subsidiary, HA Roads and Bridges, has received a number of new awards to develop key roads linking the existing Fayoum Desert Road with the new Central Ring Road. The projects form part of the Egyptian government’s strategy to develop the roads and improve the connection between them.

The first project will include a new 55-meter wide tunnel below the Ring Road at the intersection between the Wahat and Ring Roads, with four lanes in each direction.

The second project will involve developing a two-way stretch of the Fayoum Desert Road spanning 14 km between its intersection with the Ring Road and Remaya Square.

The final project will see an extension of the Ring Road to the Wahat Road through a paved 6.8 km stretch. HA Roads and Bridges is also building a bridge linking the Fustat Road and Autostrad Bridge to develop the area around the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which is one of Egypt’s largest museums that was constructed by HAC, in the Cairo district of Ain Al Sira. The 2.2 km bridge will have three lanes in each direction with exits to the Autostrad, Khayala, Basateen Road, and Salah Salem.
